Lewis Shell has been on the sick list for several days. tjuite a mmilffer of young folks of this place attended the “mitten social” atOsbornn Saturday night. Freeman Woods returned from Fairbury, 111., last week, alter several days’ visit with his sister. McCoy & McDonald shipped two carloads of cattle to Chicago' Sunday night. Mrs. Lutz and daughter Irene returned from several weeks’ visit in Illinois, Monday. Mrs. Hull went to Pontiac, Michigan, last week to make her luture home there. Mrs. Greer Bunnell and little, daughter, Ozark, returned to their home near Reynolds last week after a short visit with relatives here. There will be a box supper at the Banta school house next Saturday night. Mr. Osborne, (teacher) extends an invitation to all. “ Carey Husten butchered for W. R. Lee Monday. Albert Lee, of Gillam, was here Tuesday. C. C. Randle and L. \V. Goodyear were in the vicinity of Fowler last week.
