A Surprise.

Last Friday evening when H. C. Hoshaw returned from lodge, he was much surprised, to find a number of friends had gathered at his home, in honor of his 57th birthday. A fine supper was served, to yrhich all did ample justice, except Vance Collins, who said he had had his supper, although he staid exceedingly well at the second.
