Carbondale, 111., dispatch: The twen-ty-eighth annual session of the Horticultural Society of Southern Illinois has closed Us session. The following officers have been elected for the ensuing year: President, J. W. Stanton of Ric.hviile; first vice president, R. B. Thompson of Makanda; second vice president. A, A.
