Court Notes.

Court adjourned Monday for the week. It will convene again next Monday with the jury for the closing week of the term. Among the cases to be tried next week are the forgery case of A. P. Baker, the provoke case of Fred Fatka, the assault case of Edward Griggs, and the Forsythe vs. City of Rensselaer case. The case of John G. Liggett, of Fair Oaks, charged with shooting quail out of season, was thrown out of conrt.
