To Set Will Aside.

Suit has just been commenced in the Jasper circuit court to set aside the will of the late Resen F. Goddard, so far as it applies to William G. Stone, the young son of Dick Stone. Mr. Goddard died in February, 1899, leaving his residence property to Mrs. Jane Kinney, who was appointed as executrix, and his business property, valued at about $2,000, to the Stone boy. The will was probated, and the estate settled in accordance with the will. It seeujts that the brothers and sisters of deceased have but lately learned of the death of their brother, and have brought suit to have the will set aside, as far as it relates to the Stone boy. They live in Illinois and other states. The plaintiffs number fifteen, and they allege that the will is not the last will and testament of deceased, and ask that it be revoked.
