Two U. S. Deputies Killed.
John and Hugh Montgomery, both deputy United States marshals, were found dead in teh ruins of a cabin owned by Will Mathis, twelve miles from Oxford, Miss. Their skulls had been crushed in, and the house apparently fired to hide the evidence of the crime.
