Nagaromi. the great Japanese lawyer, Is In Paris, where he Is studying the workings of the French law courts. Mme. Diaz, wife of President Diaz of Mexico, Is doing some excellent work in aid of La Escuela Industrial, a school where girls are given free Instruction In needlework. Prince Henry of Prussia, brother to the kaiser, became enamored of the Chinese language during his trip to the celestial empire and has now taken up the study of the tongue through a native teacher whom he brought back with him.
