Notice to Heirs, Creditors and Legatees. In the matter of the Estate of James W. Porter, deceased. In the Jasper Circuit Court, November Term, 1901. NOTICE is hereby given to the creditors, heirs and legatees of James W. Porter, deceased, and all persons interested in said estate, to appear in the Circuit Court, on Friday. December 6th, 1901, being the day fixed and endorsed on the Final settlement account of Frank Foltz, administrator of said decedent, and show cause, if any, why such Final Account should not be approved; and the Heirs of said decedent and all others interested, are also hereby notified to appear in said Court, on said day and make proof of their heirship, or claim to any part of said estate.
