Delegates Reach Mexico.

The American, Central American and South American delegates to the International conference of American states arrived in the City of Mexico Friday evening. Owing probably to the fact that the arrival of the special train had twice been erroneously announced there was a small crowd on the platform of the Central station tt} meet -the delegates. Only two of Mexico’s delegates, Messrs. Cassus and Delabarre, were present. The United States delegates were driven in carriages to their hotels.
