Notice of Final Settlement of Estate, NOTICE is hereby given to the creditors, ' heirs and legatees of Lena FaiJca, deceased, to appear in the Jasper Circuit Court, held at Rensselaer, Indiana, on the 11th day of November, 1901, and show cause, if any, why the Final Settlement Accounts with the estate of said decedent should not be approved; and said heirs are notified to then and there make proof of heirship, and receive their distributive shares. Jones, et al J Now comes the plaintiff, by Foltz, Spitler & Kurrie, Attorneys, and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit, that the defendants, Lake F. Jones and Mrs. Jones, wife of said Lake F. Jones, whose first name is unknown; Lake F. Jones & Company; Mr. Reynolds, whose first name is unknown, and J.H. Beal, whose first name is unknown | but the said Reynolds and Beal are made parties defendants to this action as members of the firm of Lake F. Jones & Company, and that this action is brought to quiet title in plaintiff to his real estate, covered by a lease for oil, executed by him to said Lake F. Jones, and to have said lease canceled of record, are not residents of the State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants that unless they be and appear on Monday, the second day of December, 1901, the same being the 19th day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the second Monday of November A.
