New Odd Fellows’ Lodge.

A new Odd Fellows’ lodge was established at Gifford last week. The instituting work was done by the Rensselaer lodge, the members taking part going from McOoysburg on a special train on the Gifford road, the use of which was donated by Mr. Gifford. Members were also present from Medaryville, Wheatfleld and other points. Twenty-three members were taken into the new lodge, but there are a number of others waiting to join. John O’Connor was elected noble grand; Guy Beebee, vice grand; F. B. Hewitt, secretary, and John Kimble treasurer.
