Women Oppose the Kaiser.

Berlin telegram: Germany’s organized women, assembled in annual congress, have openly revolted against the kaiser’s policy. They are forcing their way through the thronged streets in the neighborhood of their meeting hall, calling the bluecoats "women fighters” and “tyrants” and defying them to do their worst. Only threats on the part of the officials to accept this challenge have succeeded in claiming the women’s feelings.
