Rural Delivery Route No. 2.

Rensselaer Rural Delivery Route No. 2 has been established by the government, and will soon begin operations. The route is located north of Rensselaer. The delivery of mail will begin at Alf Donnelly’s corner, and from there will run north, to E. Long’s, in Union township, a distance of ten miles from Rensselaer. From there it goes west to Ueo. Cover’s farm; thence south five and one-half miles to Rose Bud school house; thence east one-half mile; thence south two miles to Union school house in Marion township, to route No. 1. From there the route runs west one mile, then south to the J. O. Porter farm, again west one-half mile to the Bowling Green school house, then south two miles, striking the poor farm gravel road at the Grant school house, and from there to Rensselaer. The route is twenty-five miles, and passes 128 houses. Elias Hammerton will be the carrier. B. W. Pursell, Kintersville, Pa., says he suffered 26 years with piles and could obtain no relief until DeWitt’s Witch Hazel Salve effected a permanent cure. Counterfeits are worthless. A. F, Long.
