Mowing Machine Is a Snake Killer.
It is a curious fact that there are certain kinds of noises which attract snakes. The whirr of the mowing machine is one, and in six months as many as 120 cobras alone have been killed on a grass farm in India by getting in front of the advancing machine. Brooklyn,-N.
