Notice is therefore hereby given said Defendants, that unless they be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the first Monday of November A. D 1901 at the Court House in the City of Rensselaer, in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
