Notice of Hearing of Ditch Petition. In the Matter of the Petition of Nancy E.,, Brown et at; for a Tile Ditch in Barkley Township, Jasper County, Indiana. NOTICE, is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Auditor of Jasper County, State of Indiana, and viewers have been appointed who have viewed and reported said view which is on file in my office. The hearing of said petition upon its merits will be had before the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, State of Indiana, on Tuesday, the Bth day of October, 1901, the same being the 2nd day of their October Term, 1901. • The prayer of said petition is that a Tile ditch be constructed on the following route to-wit: t ’ Beginning Eighteen hundred and FortyFive feet North of the center of Section (6) Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Five (5) West, in Jasper County, and running in a general South Easterly direction to its outlet in the Pinkamink River, at a point Six Hundred feet North of the center Section Eight (8) in said Township atid Range. .
