Conway Again Acquitted.

Joseph Conway, the Parr saloon keeper, was acquitted by a jury in Squire Troxell’s court last Friday on the charge of assault and battery upon Harry Kelley. Kelly was fined and costed to the amount of |9.60 for provoking Conway, in connection with the same affair. All kinds of wagon and buggy repairing done at 0. Hansen’s wagon shop.
