Miss Johnson is about 23 years old and Is devoted to athletics. She swam away from Sag Harbor at 4:40 o’clock fn the morning to get the benefit of the tide. Miss Halsey and Miss Savage accompanied her in a rowboat. She reached the beach at Greenport, fyvelve miles away, at 11:40 o’clock.
