Cummings a Candidate.

Hon. William Cummings, of the law firm of Cummings £ Darroch, of Kentland, was In the city last Friday. He states that he will be a candidate for Circuit Judge on the Republican ticket, and that he will have the solid support of Newton county in the convention.
