D. 1901, the above named plaintiff by Hanley & Hunt and Moses Leopold, Attorneys, filed in the office of the Clerk of said Court a complaint against said defendants and also the affidavit of a competent person, that said defendants are nonresidents of the State of Indiana, said nonresident defendants are therefore hereby notified of the pendency of said suit, and that said cause will stand for trial at the September term of said Court, 1901, to-wit: on the 9th day of Sept. 1901.
