France's yearly Expenses.

The budget of France for the year 1902 just submitted to the senators and deputies provides for the expenditure of 3,600,000,000 francs, or 1720,000,000, to which $20,000,000 is to be added for pensions to workingmen under a bill supported by the ministry.
