.Weather still continues warm with some rain Monday and Tuesday.

Farmers are planting com in some parts of this township. The health of the Wiseman family has improved; so that they are all up again. The Sunday School convention at Parr was a success. It was well attended and had plenty of good music. Almost everybody around here went to town Saturday to see the new attractions at Laßue Bro’s, new store. Mrs. William Meyer, of near Aix, me with a bad accident on her way home from Parr Sunday evening. The team she was driving got scared and ran away. Mrs. Meyer was thrown out of the buggy on her head and shoulders and was badly hurt. She was taken back to her sister’s at Parr. A doctor was called and gave the medical aid that was necessary. She was able to be taken home Monday.
