NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. GRAVEL ROAD LETTING. , NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Tuesday, the 3rd day of June, 1901, at the Commissionesr’ Court Room, in the| City of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of said County, at the regular session of said Board, will let to the lowest responsible bidder, the construction of the uncompleted portion of what is known as the “DeMotte Gravel Road,” and also the construction of the uncompleted portion of what is known as the ’‘Otis Gravel Road,” both of said roads having heretofore been ordered constructed in Keener township, in said county. Sealed bids will be received until 12 o’clock M. of said day, for the construction of the uncompleted portion of each of said roads separately. Bids must specify the price bid for the completion of each said road with gravel and with macadam, according to plans and specifications on tile in the Auditor’s office of said County. Bidders are required to file with bid, a bond as required by law. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. By order of said Board of Commissioners. WM. C.
