Mors Distress In India.
The secretary of state for India has received the following dispatch from the viceroy. Lord Curzon. of Kegleston; “A grave condition of affairs exists in Guxerat, the Deocan, and ths Carnatick districts of Bombay, owing to the early cessation of the monsoon in September and the absence of rain. Heavy relief expenditure is entailed for the coming fiscal year. The affected area also includes Badowa and a part of Hyderabad.
