As there was not time to secure this extension by action of the general ticket end passenger agents’ association, and believing that it would meet tho approval of a large majority of the Western and Southern lines, the trunk lines being the parties most, directly interested in this question, were requested to issue a general notice of tho proposed changes. They thereforw respeotfclly request all lines in tho teiMtory weet or Detroit,’Toledo, Cleveland, Crestline, Columbus, Cincinnati, (including tickets from these points) and south of the Ohio river, to print their Centennial excursion tickets to Philadelphia and New York so that they will be validfor sixty days from date of sale. They also request that half Centennial excursion tickets be sold at one-bats of tho agreed excursion rates, for use by children Uvlyetu the ages of five and twelve yeapii
