M. and four o’clock P. M. of said day, expose to public sale to the highest and best bidder thereof, the rents and profits for the term of seven years of the following real estate, in Jasper county, Indiana, to-wit: North-east quarter of section fourteen in t .wnsliip twenty-nine, north of range six west; containing one hundred and sixty acres. Also, lots two, eleven and twelve in block twenty,in the town of Rensselaer. Also, the north-west quarter of the south-west quarter, and the south-west quarter of north-west quarter, of section twenty-one in township twen-ty-eight, north of range seven west; containing eighty acres.
