Leavenworth, March 3, —The Central Overland Express has arrived here, bringing dates from Camp Floyd to February Bth, Salt Luke to the 19th, and Denver City to the 22d. All was quiet at Salt Lake. The health of the troops at Camp Floyd arid Fort Bridger was good Business was improving at Denver City. New diggings have been discovered in different sections of the country.
