SHERIFF’S SAFE. BY virtue of an order of sale to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, 1 will, on the 14th of January, 1860, at the court house door in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county and State of Indiana, between the hours of ten o’clock A. M. and four o’clock P. M. of said day, expose to public sale to the highest and best bidder thereof, the rents and profits for the term of seven years of the following real estate, in Jasper county, Indiana, to-wit: The east half of the north-west quarter, and the south half of the west half of the north-west quarter, and a strip of land ten rods wide oft' of tlie west side of the west half of the north-east quarter, its entire length from north to south, .■dl in section twenty-six, township twenty-nine, nori.’l of range six west.
