r On the arrival of Senator Sewtardatf New York, he was greeted wiih a salattrof one hundred guns from the Park. He accented* the offer of the Common Council, and received hi 3 friends at the Chamber of *h» Board, on Thursday, the two Republican Committees calling upon him in a body*at the Astor House. He left for his home at Auburn, Thursdayevening, and was warmly greeted by men of all parties on the route, and at various points, guns were fired. At Auburn he was to be* welcomed home in a speech by Michael S. Myers, Esq., one of the oldest citizens and a Democrat.
