M. and four o'clock P. M. of said day, expose to public sale to the highest and best bidder thereof, the rents and profits lor the term of seven years of the following real estate, in Jasper county, Indiana, to-wit: The north-east quarter of section one, containing one hundred and thirteen acres, more or less, and the south-east quarter of the north-east quarter of section thirteen, containing forty acres, more or less, all in township twenty-eight, north of range six west. SALE OF LAND. riMIE undersign.<l, Executor of the last will 1. and testament of William L. McKinney, deceased, will sell at private sale, at not less than the appraised value, ($2,500,) the following lands, in Jasper county, Indiana: The north-east quart -r of the north-east quarter of section thirteen, township twenty-nine, north. The west half of the north-east quarter in the same section and township. The northwest quarter of the south-east quarter of section one in the same township. The south west quarter of the south-east quarter of section twelve, township twenty-nine, and the south-east quarter of the south-west quarter of section twelve, in township twenty-nine, north, and all in range eight west, and estimated to'contain two hundred and forty acres. This land was deeded to William L. McKinney on the Bth day of October, 1851. Terms —One-third cash, one-third in nine, and the remainder in eighteen months, on note with freehold security. The land lies in a body, and is estimated tocontain two hundred and forty acres. There are about e.izrloty acres cleared. The land consists of timber and prairie. Therz is an excellent Frame House, and stock water. It is on the Rensselaer and Chicago Road, mid in a good neighborhood. I will rec Ave proposals at my residence in Tipton township, Cass county, and through ISAAC SAYLERS, near the land.
