McKinnev, deceased, will sell at private sale, at not less than the appraised value, ($2,500,) the following lands, In Jasper county, Indiana: jjyThe north-east quart >r of the north-east quarter of section thirteen, township twenty-nine, north. The west half of the north-east quarter in the same section and township. The northwest quarter of the south-east quarter of section one ill the same township. The south-west quarter of tile south-east quarter of section twelve, township twenty-nine, and the south-east quarter of the south-west quarter of section twelve, in township twenty-nine, north, and all in range eight west, and estimated to contain two hundred and forty acres. This land was deeded to William L. McKinney on tiie Bth dav of October, 1851. Terms—One-tbird cash, one-third in nine, and tiie remainder in eighteen months, on note with freehold security. '1 he land lies in a body, and is estimated to contain two hundred and forty acres. There are about eighty acres cleared. The land consists of timber and prairie. Thera is an excellent Frame House, and stock water. It is on the Rensselaer and Chicago Road, and in a good neighborhood. I will receive proposals at my residence in Tipton township, Cass county, and through ISAAC SAYLERS, near the land.
