Special Notice.

It seems to be a settled fact by multiplied thousands that the only specific that lia3 ever been pro duccd, is found in that celebrated remedy and antidote to malaria. We refer to the renowned Dr. Mann’s Ague Balsam, whose advertisement is found in another column of this paper. Long have our prej u dices existed against all patent or proprietary medicines, but when we find an article so completely successful in the cure; of all intcrniittents, we are constrained to give publicity to it through uur columns, for the benefit of our readers and the public. Truly, Dr. Mann, the wise discoverer of this, great remedy, deserves much credit and the patronage of the public, for his valuable Balsam, bring placed within the reach of suffering thousands.
