SHERIFF’S SALE. BY virtue of three writs of Vendi Exponas to me issued and directed from the Clerk of the Jasper county Court of Common Tleas, I will, on the 3d day of Augu.-t, 1859, at the court house door in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county and State ot Indiana, between the hours of ten o’clock in the forenoon and four o’clock in the afternoon of said day, expose to public sale to the highest and best bidder thereof, the the undivided iiulf of the rents and profits for the term of seven yeurß of the following real estate, situated in Jasper county and State of Indiana, to-wit: Tiie north-west quarter of section twenty-.-.ix [26:] also, the east half of tiie north-west quarter of section twenty-three [23;] also, the west half of the south-east quarter of section fourteen [ 14;] also, ten rods wide off' the entire length ot the west half of the north-east quarter of section twenty-six [2(i.J all in township twonty-nine [29,] north of range six [6J west, also, the northwest quarter of tiie north ea-t quarter of section thirteen [1 '.j township thirty [3o,j north of range six [6] west.
