SHERIFF’S SALE. BY virtue of vendi exponas to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Court of Common Pleas, I will expose to public sale, on the 4th of June, 1859, at the Court House door in the town of Rensselaer, between the hours of ten o’clock in the forenoon and four in the afternoon of said day, to the highest and best bidder thereof, j the rents and profits lor the term of seven years of the following -real estate, situated in Jasper county and State of Indiana, to-wit: The east half of the south-west quarter, and the west half of the south-east quarter of section ten, township twenty-nine, north of range eight west—containing one hundred and sixty acres. Also, the west half of the north-west quarter of section thirty-two, township thirty', north of range eight west—containing eighty acres. Ana on failure to realize the full amount of said-judgment, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, offer for sale the fee-simple of said real estate.
