SHERIFF'S SALL. BY virtue of vend; exponas to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Court of Common Pleas, I will, on the 4th day of June, 1859, at the court house, door in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper comity and State of Indiana, between the hours of ten o’clock in the forenoon and four o’clock in the afternoon of said day, expose to public sale to the highest and best bidder thereof, the rents and profits for the term of seven years of the following described real estate, situated in Jasper county and State of Indiana, to-wit: The south-west quar’.erof the south east quarter of section eleven, township twenty-eight, north of range eight v,e< containing fortyacres. And on failure to realize the full amount of said judgment, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, offer for sale the fee-simple of said real estate.
