SHERIFF’S SALE. BY virtue of an execution to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Court of Common Pleas, I will, on the 15th day of January, 1859, at the court house door in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county and State of Indiana, between the hours of ten o’clock in the forenoon and four o’clock in the afternoon of said day, expose to public sale to the highest and best bidder thereof, the rents and profits for the term of seven years of the following real estate, situated in Jasper county and State of Indiana, to-wit: The south-west quarter of the north-east quarter of section thirty (30,) township twenty-nine (29,) nortb o f range five (5) west—containing forty acres.
