We coincide with brother Berry in the aboveIn fact, we believe that every Indiana paper on our exchange list has expressed similar sentiments. If it is important that laws should be passed to govern the people, it is also important that those to bo governed by them should know them; and in no way can this be more effecutally and cheaply accomplished than by their publication in the local papers of the State. Let the members of the Legislature consider this matter.
