SHERIFF’S SALE. BY virtue of two executions to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, I will, on the 7th day of August, 1858, at the court house door in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county and State of Indiana, between the hours of ten o’clock in the forenoon and four o’clock in the afternoon of said dav, expose to public sale to the highest and best bidder thereof, the rents and profits for a term of seven years, of the following real estate, situate in Jasper county and State of Indiana, to-wit: The south-east .quarter of section thirty-six (36,) township thirty-two (32,) range six (6) west. - And on failure to realize the full amount of said judgment, inteiest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, offer for sale the fee-simple of said real estate.
