L NOTICE is hereby givdn that the Auditor and 1 Treasurer of Jasper county, Indiana, will offer for sale, at the Court House door in Rensselaer, Jasper county, on the 21sT day of August next, within the hours prescribed by law, for not less than the appraised value, to the highest bidder, the sixteenth section 01 township twentyeight, north of range five west, in said county-One-fourth of the purchase-money to be paid in hand, and the interest for the residue for one year in advance, and the residue in ten years from such sale, with like interest, annually in advance.
