SHERIFFfS SALE. BY virtue of an execution to me directed by the Clerk of the Tippecanoe County Circuit Court, I will, on the 17th day of August, A. D. 1858,.at the court house door in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county and State of Indiana, between the hours of ten o’clock A. M. and four o’clock P. M. of said day, expose to public sale to the highest and best bidder thereof, the rents and profits for the term of seven years of of the following real estate, in Jasper county, Indiana, to-wit: The south-east quarter of section twenty-five, in township twenty-eight, north of range six west—one hundred and sixty acres. And on failure to realize the full amount of said judgment, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, offer tor sale the fee-simple of said real estate.
