M. and four o'clock P. M. of said day, to the highest and best bidder thereof, the rents, issues and profits for the term 'of seven years of the following real estate in said county,’to wit: The south half of section four. Lots three, four, five and six, in section four. The whole of section" nine. Tlie east half of section twenty; The east half and south-west quarter of section twenty-one. All in range nine, township thirty-one. And on failure to realize the full amount of said fee-bill, together with costs, I will, at the same time and place, offer for sale the fee-simple of the aforesaid real estate. All persons having claims against said estate are requested to present them duly authenticated for payment, and all persons knowing therpselve.s indebted to the estate tire desired to make" settlement at once, as the-estate must bo closed up.
