SHERIFF’S BY virtue of an execution to me directed by the Clerk of the Jasper Common Pleas Court, I will, on the 13th day of July, A. D. 1858, at the Court House door in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county, and State of Indiana, between the hours of ten o’clock A. M. and four o’clock P. M. of said day, expose to public sale to the highest ana best bidder thereof, the rents and profits for the term - of seven years of the following real estate, situate in Jasper county and State of Indiana, to-wit: The south-east quarter of the north-east quarter of section twenty-nine (29,) township thirty (30,) north of range five (5) west. And on failure to realize the . full amount of said judgment, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, offer for sale the iee-simple of said real estate.
