Animals at Large.

Frequent complaints and constant violation of the ordinance regarding animals on the street will result in prosecution if continued. The following section is the law. Sec. i, Page 44.. — “That it shall be unlawful for any iierson owning or having charge of any cattle, hogs, horses, or mules, asses or goats to allow, suffer or permit the same or any of them to bo herded upon any of the streets, alleys or unenclosed lands of said Oity, or stake out in or upon any of the streets and Utleys of said City any such animals. And any person violating any provisions of this seetidh shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Ten ($10.00) dollars upon conviction before Qie Mayor.
