Circuit Court Notes.

In the case of m. O. Halloran vs John Halligan, Judgment was given for the plaintiff. The case was filed for the purpose of renewing an old judgment taken several years ago. The defendant made ho defense. Frank Folsome who was charged with stealing timber from Nelson Morris was acquitted after a jury trial, Tuesday. On the first ballot the jury stood six for conviction.
