Jiminez, the leader of the revoluI tionary expedition which recently landed J In Monte Cristi, San Domingo, was arEj rested by the British authorities for a violation of the navigation laws In flying a Clyde line flag. Chris Roberts, the pilot of the expedition, made a complaint mi the foregoing grounds. Jiminez jumped into the ■ txiat just in time and, seeing an oar, joined ■ the crew in pulling for the steamer, which ■promptly pulled out.
