Democrats and all other voters who expect to affiliate with them, are requested to meet in mass convention at 2:30 o’clock p. m. on Saturday. May 21, 1898. at the | places herein named, and elect one i delegate for each ten votes cast ! for the first elector on the Demo- ' cratic electoral ticket in 1898.
