The Fair. P. Hca-ton, t!ic gentlemanly and efficient Secretary of tho Randolph County Agricultural Sciety, informs us that the Fair grounds have U'cn placed in the lst pos-ihle condition, and that ample arrangements have N;cn made, at theexpen-e of a great amount of lalrorand money,
for the accommodation of all the world ! and the balance of the human family. It is confidently expected that the ajv proaching Fair will eclipse, in jw-int of! interest and attraction, any and all previous exhibitions held in the county. Our farmers and all others should wake up and bealiveto the necessity and importance of bring "prepared for this occasion. This matter is in their own hands, and it behooves them to make Mich preparations and such efforts as they have never b furu made.
