All entries must be made before 10 o'clock, A. m., of the second Jay of the fair, and to assist the Secretary and prevent much confusion, thoac who iutcnJ to make entries are requested to call on the Secretary and make what entries they can befotc the first day of tho fair. i-M. ADMISSION. 1st. By membership tickets at SI, 00 admitting the owner's family txcepe males over L'l years of age good during the air. I'd. By single tickets at 15 cts. each, good for one admission only, and dropped at the gate aud no check iu return. Od. By season tickets at 50 cents each, good during the Fair. On the second and third days of the Fair carriage tickets can be had at the Secretary i office by all who wish to visit the Fair grounds by a ride along the carriage way, bet no one will be exempt thereby from procuring a single ticket before entering the Fair ground. 4th. Cards admitting saddle horses 25 cents, but the rider must procure a membership ticket before entering the Fair grounds. a en r.itA r. nr.. i; latiox s . 1st. A card will be furnished to exhibitors, numbered to correspond with entries on the books of the Secretary, which card must be securely attached to the article exhibited. 2d. All articles entered for premiums must have been owned by members preenting it, at least ten days before the Fair ; and all products of farm, dairy, orchard, m - gram, house or mechanical productions, mMst have been produced by the exhibitor Wheat exhibited to be taken from the S'u.'ichinc. The ironing on wagons must be duno without thecxtrt use of the file. Draft horses must be tested. INSTRUCTIONS TO JL' IKS ES. j Ibt. When a majority of judges in any class are present, they shall constitute a quorum and be authorized to award premiums, and the first on the list of those ! present shall be chairman, but when" a i committee cannot agree there shall be no ' award. I 2. When there is no competition no j premium will be awarded i.nlcs.-? the arti cle possesses superior merit. The judges on animals will have regard to symetry, early maturity, ize. and general characteristics of the breed which they judge. No premiums will bo awarded to barren females shown in breeiling classes. Oth.
