It is astonishizg to see how this road, the result of one man's enterprise, has enhanced the value of real estate in that town. The Governor informed us last Sunday that the average receipts of the read up to that time, exclusive of annual ticket sales, amounted to 311 per day, arid the receipts of annual sales thus far had reached S1,2C0. This enterprise, in our opinion besides paying a fair per ! . A, . ; , ... cnf nn the mrmpv ititrffor1 trill hnip cent, on the money invested, will hate itsMjflucnce in adding to the reputation of the town, and increasing its wealth and industry. The Governor deserves the highest praise and the most liberal support from the citizens of Warsaw for this work, and we are glad to sec that his most ardent anticipations are being realitcd The forebearance of our ucighbof with President Johnson ?eems to be completely exhausted. He has finally concluded to commit himself fully to the support of the radicals in Congresa, and taking his cue from the Tribunes, last week openly charged the President with treason. The time was when our neighbor thought the President was the rrovernmeut. and to j. r it p At a i r ; I tionary was the essence ot disloyalty. j We called at the Vidette office while in Valparaiso last Thursday evsning.
