LOCAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. Destructive Fire. About 5 o'clock this morning the steam saw mill of Mr. J. Walling, situated in South Plymouth was totally destroyed by fire, together with several thousand feet of lumber. It is not known how the fire originated, the flame having made considerable progress before it was discovered, but little effort was made to subdue them. Mr. Wallings from in this misfortune must be heavy, as we learn there was no insurance on the property. A few nice Sewing Machines suitable for Holiday Presents at E.
